My Dad came from Fermoy. We had many visits there when I was younger, the people were always warm and friendly. I haven’t been back for nearly twenty years when I was overwhelmed with the hospitality shown to us. Seeing this report has really upset me- I really feel for the people of Fermoy (and the rest of Ireland) having to put up with this. Your politicians (like ours in the UK) are an absolute disgrace imposing huge unwanted levels of legal and illegal immigration. I am from across the Water in Scotland served 24 years in the British Army , I would stand and back Ireland any day of the week , the mass migration, is putting people at risk because no back ground checks can be carried out. and mass amounts of males arrive putting communities at risk.
