炒豆芽也能炒出高级感?在家也能做出酒店版的炒豆芽 | Stir Fry Bean Sprouts with Salted Fish | Mr. Hong Kitchen

    材料 :
    豆芽 160g
    咸鱼 适量
    青葱 适量
    姜片 1小块
    蒜头 2 粒
    红辣椒 适量
    调味:

    胡椒粉
    Ingredients (Diana Aw)
    1. Bean sprouts 160g
    2. Salted fish approximate amount, cut smaller pieces
    3. White spring onion,slice diagonally
    4. Green spring onion, 2-3cm long
    5. Ginger small piece, smashed and slice
    6. Garlic 2 cloves, smashed
    7. Red Chilli approximate amount, julienne
    Seasoning
    1. Pepper little
    2. Salt little
    3. White vinegar little
    Method
    1. Add oil to wok followed by salted fish. Fry under low heat till golden brown and crispy. Set aside
    2. With the balanced oil, add in garlic, ginger and white spring onion and stir fry till fragrant
    3. Add in bean sprout and stir fry under high heat. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Add vinegar, red chilli and green spring onion and mix for a while before dish up
    4. Sprinkle the salted fish on top
    5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
