It is high time indian judiciary service is introduced to select judges on merit basis
Last time also he offically disregarded the sanctions put on him when he was on bail.
It appears, the Judiciary is all out to please Kejriwal, an Anarchy and they are allotting disproportionate time for dealing his issues. Kejriwal is consuming too much of the Courts time.
Court has not taken cognizance that why can he not function as CM when the court has granted bail emphasizing that he is an elected CM already spent over 90 days in jail.
These conditions are just namke vaste. Who will monitor since his party is in power. He will violate all the norms.
Judiciary is not solving cases befor it for decade .Most lethargic wing of the government .The salary and perks given to them is disproportionate the work done by them.?

The handling of AAP's excise policy case and Kejriwal by the courts are peculiar, astonishing and forming a precedence for many such cases that may crop ups in future.. inspite of lapse of nearly 1½ years of investigation by various agencies the case has not seen the light towards logical end.. this slow process is making people turning mad at the courts.. it is high time government of India import a group of learned judges from international court of justice to handle the cases pending in various courts in the country.. it is so painful to learn that the NDA government (which simply boasts of reforms towards speedy closure of pending cases) is blindly following the congress and UPA way only to remain in power.. the NDA's handling of judiciary is worse than that of UPA.. there seem to be no control..
