- Fran and Peter, as singles, now must pay more taxes than ever, so they're happy to have a big order of $10,000 for a wedding. But when the young couple arrives at Fran's flower shop, Fran sees that the groom is gay like Peter and warns the wife-to-be. The bride cancels the wedding, hence the honest Fran loses the order. They have to sell Fran's engagement ring.

I think this show is funny... But I hate how the parents are on the ex's side... Like her whole life turned around and she's supposed to be considerate of her ex? I mean she supports him in his new life, but she's allowed to be hurt. 18 years suddenly gone and she has no compassion from her parents?

I love this show but it funny that I would find a big error. I wonder how many other people saw it. When Fran is in the kitchen explaing to her mom you would notice that her mom has a pendant necklace on with a long strand necklace. But when she Fran finish seeing her past and her mom talks to her again. Her mom is wearing several wide strands necklace. So this episode must have been shot different days. Ijs. But like I said before I love the show it just so funny.

The shows creators should have told Tichina Arnold (Judi) to drop the fake Jersey/New Yorkish accent because:
A) If she doesn’t have to worry about an accent she can focus more on her acting
B) Because its fake the accent comes & goes so much. It’s very unnatural & distracting.
