@@dynamic6645 Lebron needed a superteam to win a title and now everyone in the NBA copies that, MJ didn't need a superteam for any of his championships.
Kawhi Leonard when healthy and motivated also compares, unfortunately injuries and that epic choke against Denver really hurt his legacy (the injuries obviously aren't his fault).
@@fourtireswholesale7997 Lebron is not better than Kobe, Kobe outworked/outhussled/outplayed Lebron and theres more than enough footage of it to watch out there. MJ was on another level entirely, neither Kobe or Lebron could/will ever reach that level.
The previous year, Kobe didn’t score much compared to Jordan and the Lakers almost won This game, Kobe and Jordan both went off and the Bulls won going away You explain it
No Shaq in this game compared to the previous year. Even though Kobe was still coming off the bench he was trying to carry the scoring load with Eddie Jones and Nick Van Exel. You can definitely see the growth in Kobe's game, in 1997 he was happy to get in the game, by 1998 he was turning into the Lakers co-star with Shaq.
If that's the game I'm thinking of Jordan had one of his worst shooting games, it got so bad he maybe made 1-2 shots during the 4th quarter & OT. Kukoc & Pippen did most of the scoring in that one. The Lakers had one of those games going where everything was going right but at the end Kukoc & Pip were too much.
At 5:17 the pupil schools his teacher "your looking at the present and the future right there "
The Jordan smirk after the Kobe dunk…priceless
For all the Lebron/MJ comparisons out there Kobe is the closest thing we'll ever see to another MJ.
Kobe copied Jordan, wich means that Jordan's game isn't hard, More proof why LeBron is the GOAT 😁

The official game when the torch was passed.
GOAT (MJ) showing how it's done.

My 14th Birthday and my favorite player balling out Kobe 💪😎 Dec17th

No Pippen in this game, either.
Shaq was out injured and Longley abused Elden Campbell big time this game.
