Get started on your first ever carving with Ryan Cook's 6 part beginner's guide. In the final episode Ryan talks about his career in carving and finishes the welcome sign in style.

Your the inspiration I need at the moment, I’m trying hard, failing lots everyday, but not giving up, slowly but surely what you teach is all being processed.

I am a 73 year old learning to be a wood CARVER. Thanks to Ryan who is a great teacher ! I watched your video with Jordy on how to carve an owl. To me that was the best video so far in regards to carving an owl and I actually just carved my first one. It would be nice to have more videos like that one because the step by step explanations were great . Keep up the great work !

Twas the day after Christmas with hope in sight when a notification from Echo came that gave me great delight. It was Ryan Cook with a saw that would carve out the last piece that gently nestled in some paws to finalize his feat. And what to my amazement did this great video show, was that even an amateur like me could give it a go. With an Echo saw in hand and some warm daylight I will become a master CARVER but not overnight. With a lot of great ideas and the 2511 in hand If it weren’t for Echo and Ryan, my day may have been bland. Thank you

Ryan and Echo Tools, Thanks for this excellent set of videos on carving the bear. These videos will assist me in being an improved CARVER on my future carvings. I have a couple of the Echo saws that Ryan used on the videos but the Echo 2511 would be an excellent detail saw for me. I have named my Echo saws so if I win the 2511 I think I'll call it "Ryan".
CARVER. My husband carved with a chainsaw right up until he past away last year. Our oldest son followed in his footsteps and is now a learning to carve. His work is great and he loves it! He introduced me to Ryan Cook carvings and I love his amazing work ❤
