Correct. VDM is legally liable for defamation not Bobrisky. If he comes across the voice note, he has responsibility to confirm the truth in it before publishing. Personally I suspect Bobrisky just dropped these big names and concocted those stories to lure people into giving him money. The government will query its agencies and give appropriate penalties, if their useless corruption will let them. But the second entity is the Falanas, the government will not even take a look at it. It's not their business. Only the Falanas can clear their own names, and they will do it only the way they understand; ACTIVISM, We can hear it from the man's voice. Except someone pleads with them to take it out of court, sincerely it's not looking good for VDM. VDM is our guy and working for our youths. Correct. VDM is legally liable for defamation not Bobrisky. If he comes across the voice note, he has responsibility to confirm the truth in it before publishing. Personally I suspect Bobrisky just dropped these big names and concocted those stories to lure people into giving him money.
The law allows the Falanas to hold VDM to his publication while VDM pursue Bobrisky for the truth.

Aunty I agree with you and also who called who ? The discussion he said Bobrisky had with his son Falz ; what exactly was the discussion because the story has changed now from Bobrisky saying Falz called him ( which could be a lie because Bobrisky has been shown to lie )
Also previously Falz and his sister gave a different story that Bobrisky called Falz to ask if his dad could get him Presidential pardon. Now the conversation has changed to a very legal conversation; Falz asked Bob if he is calling from the Wardens phone, if it’s approved etc !
