When people put religion, before life, then something is very wrong. Protesting and freedoms of speech, is the right to be able to speak up for what you believe in without fear of reprisal, it’s is not a platform to spread hatred, offend others, intimidate others or an excuse to be aggressive or violent. Any of this sort of thing shouldn’t be tolerated at all. If a single person was in the street yelling out “ death to the Jews” no doubt they would be arrested if they were offending or being a menace ! I am British and live in the Philippines (I cannot bring my Filipino wife to the UK). I am NOT allowed to protest. Simple solution in the UK ban non-citizens from demonstrating. Simple punishment - visa revocation and deportation.

Why are police officers not wearing riot gear? Their senior officers are putting them at unnecessary risk of injury and worse by not issuing proper protective equipment and the means to contain and disperse these mobs. These are not peaceful protests and must be robustly dealt with as we are otherwise sliding into anarchy which is what certain groups want.
