OMG!!! I was leaning more towards an easy press but was second guessing myself thinking a heat press was a better buy for a better quality result but wasn't excited about the bulkiness and the thought that my craft room was going to be HOT so thank you for taking the time to prove that both machines work the same..your awesome . I just ordered the easy press 2 12 x 10 Lilac your the best 🙌🏼

Thank you for taking the time to actually prove both machines work the same. Reviews on amazon would have you thinking that the smaller "less professional" option is not worth it.

I have both too. I purchased both units second hand. I had my heat press for at least 4 years. I just purchased the easy press approx 2 months ago. I have been using the easy press as it is so much easier and I do not need a lot of space. I am glad that I have both and would never sell my original heat press as I can see a need for it. Thanks again for all of your videos.

Wow! What a great comparison video! I am in the market for a heat press so you just gave me that much more assurance that I can purchase the Cricut brand Easy Press vs a more expensive (and likely bulkier) heat press with confidence.

omg THANK YOU! I was thinking I had to buy a heat press and I was dragging my feet because they're so big, heavy and bulky and I live in a studio apartment. It also made my whole house so HOT (I borrowed one from a friend) but was thinking I'd have to suck it up if I wanted professional results that had longevity. Love this test you did. Amazing.

Good info. I agree with you on most points. Exception: doing a stack of T-shirts is MUCH faster with a heat press. But everything else I use my Cricut EasyPress.

Thank you for this side-by-side! That really helps in deciding which one to buy. I was concerned that the Easy Press would not produce as professional a result, but this was really valuable in changing my opinion.

OMG you are the best :-)
So i asked in almost all the crafting groups i am in what to buy a easy press or a heat press. Almost every women told me "don't get an easy press they suck and they don't work. Spend your money on a heat press and your work will last years" But then when i look at a heat press they are to bulky i have a work station but no room for a bulky item that's going to sit on my table and be used 1 or 2 times per month.
Haven't brought an easy press waiting for them to come down in price here in Australia but i am so glad i found this video and seen that the easy press dose work. Having shoulder pain sucks and now i know an easy press won't hurt me to much. Plus i want it more for christmas use and its summer here at christmas time and no way am i going to heat up my heat press in the middle of summer :-)
So thank you this has put my mind at ease.

I'm starting a small business of shirt. there is a lot reviews about cricut easy preas saying that its not good to use because you really have to press it hard so that the htv will stick on the shirt good. In your own opinion is it hard to use it that you need to put lots of pressure when making shirt?

Yeh.... But how do you use them, i.e, print, using both option machines? For all you you know, it just could be that the easy press doesn't last, but produces good results for a short while. So even though your jury is out, mine is still undecided and still clue-less in in your winning option choice. LDN_UK

Leo Saan Henry this review as clearly stated is my opinion based off my own wash tests of now over 130 washes. My EasyPress has been used extensively for over a year, i don’t quite understand your comment but I appreciate that you haven’t made up your mind which machine is right for you. For me, I prefer the EasyPress because I can’t deny after 130+ washes i could see no difference in the heat press application over the EasyPress. Add in all the other factors and for me, the answer is obvious

man why yall wasting money on these machines that cost hundreds of dollars. back in my pad I simply get my comal heat that shit up on the stove and press the shit outta my shirts. I simply put my shirts on top of 2 dollar tree white foam boards then some parchment paper on top of the shirt and bam give it a good long smack with my comal and I'm done. shit sometimes I even heat up a quesadilla simultaneously as I work on a shirt. 2 birds one stone. dont let these industries that sell craft stuff take advantage of yall. that's exactly what I do with my comal that cost me under 20 bucks.
