Adrian- awesome video, both for a virtual run and for the scenery of our stunning country. I'm a Kiwi living in Mexico and the last time I even attempted to run 5 km was about 25 years ago! I broke my leg in a freak cycle accident about 10 months ago and have only been able to walk a decent distance (and now run-hobble on grass), for the last 2 months. I bought a rebounder early on in my recovery and have used it to practice running and then I thought- UA-cam is amazing, I wonder if they have any vids I could use for running? The first one had pretty repetitive scenery and then I saw yours! LOVE IT!!! I live in a city environment so really miss the outdoors, so I had a great time running on my rebounder and doing the Hooker Valley track. Your video is really professional and authentic (I don't like the ones with music) I felt like I was running the track. Thanks for contributing this to the world - you've made my day :) :)

Day 3 of home isolation due to being a Covid-19 close contact to a family that attends the preschool that I work at. Thank you so much for taking the time to record your runs. I found myself saying "morning" in my head as I passed the people on the track. No outside walks/runs for me for the next week and a bit, but your videos and my rebounder seem to be doing the trick so far. Hopefully when the world goes back to normal I will be on your shores once again and be able to walk this track in person.....thanks again from your grateful Aussie Neighbour :)

Increasable stride set I had my display at five, you where perhaps 7 or 9 with open sections. I am not sure what units these are, lol. I thought the quality of your video production was perfect for virtual trek. My distance monitor was right at 2 miles.
Another magnificent scenic run, Adrian, I really enjoyed legging it over those bridges top speed! The lake must be glacier fed? I’ve seen similar in Austria, loved seeing everyone out and about... not the case up here in the north yet....but soon we hope....thank you so much !

Hey thanks for the comment. There were lots of people on the trail that day. This ad things is frustrating. I've found out what is happening - I untick ads during the video box then click save and youtube automatically reticks the box! I've found now I have to untick a second time, then save, to remove ads. Very strange. I will let youtube know. Surely it's a bug?!
Right with you there! The one on the last bridge. There's a couple I like to use by a chap called RickVanMan filmed in the Cotswolds, UK. He's driving, not running, but it still works for me. Thanks for this video though. Stunning place!
