The wood holding up the chimney isn't as bad as it seems. It's a temporary solution most likely put in place by the Repairmen when they showed up for an estimate. It's only meant to keep it from falling over until the actual appointment to fix the chimney.
It is also possible that a handyman who lives there got that put in place himself, but fixing a whole chimney properly would still need an actual pro.

For the car thing, there are laws in place that to state when a vehicle isn't safe to drive. Can even be ticketed for things like, non-working headlights. which seems to be one of the things wrong with that front-in.
Seems like this was taken in somewhere like Michigan, as I went on vacation there and saw a car that had a headlight dangling from the front end
I think the problem of adding the extra lights to the truck hood is when they're turned on. They're probably way too bright, and at a height where it's likely going to be blinding drivers ahead through their rear view mirrors.
As for that beans through a frosting tube.. yeah, that's just all kids of ew. I made the mistake of putting pureed mushrooms into water bottle ice cube trays to make little mushroom logs for soups. Don't ever make that mistake folks. They float.

I have context for this.
In a town in KY (might be other places too) the local business board/ commercial development board would gift your business a pig statue upon grand opening. This city used to have a strong pig farming economy. It dosent now but the tradition lives on and businesses are encouraged to decorate it how they wish.

5:59 The hood mounted lights are not pointless, this is a Jeep intended for Off Road driving and the lights are needed at night (just normal headlights are NOT enough when Off Roading at night, you can't see enough of the terrain to pick out a safe path)...

Nah, mate, that was Close Encounters of the Third Kind, the scene at the dinner table where the main character sculpts mashed potatoes into the Devil's Tower (it's a natural monument in Wyoming). He later goes on to pull a bunch of soil & plants from his yard into the living room & recreates it there. The character later travels to Wyoming to meet the aliens.

At 11:10 this is actually a real thing you can do with this particular style of tire. The sidewall of the tire has the size 17.5-25. With no r being present between the profile of the tire which is the 17.5 and the size of the wheel (rim as most people call it) which is the 25, this tire is most likely either a bias ply tire which uses an inner tube to keep the tire inflated like a bicycle tire or it is a foam filled tire. I believe I see a valve stem at the bottom though so this is most likely a "tube tire." As long as the inner tube is not pierced then the tread could be as damaged as needed and still function. DOT and TIA might not like this tire patch but it also looks like this is not an over the road tire so they can't really stop you.

1) The hood latch is damaged making it dangerous, the hood can spring up at any moment and block the drivers view...
2) Headlights are REQUIRED to be mounted and functional for a vehicle to be Street Legal...
3) Turn Signals/marker lights are also REQUIRED to be mounted for a vehicle to be Street Legal...you can Legally drive with non-functional signal lights if you use the proper Hand Signals, but they must at least be installed on the car...
4) All cars MUST have a front bumper installed to be Street Legal...
In Ontario, Canada, this car would be Illegal to drive for a 5th Reason...there is no front License Plate mounted which is Required by Law here (you need front and rear Plates in Ontario and possibly the rest of Canada as well)...

You can actually "heal" rubber tires. They're in principle one big molecule of polymer chains (i forgot which one) interconnected with covalent sulfide bridges, there's patches for bike tires that are basically home-revulcanizing sets. On a car tire you you should probably leave it to a professional, though, or just get the thing replaced.

About that truck missing its front end?
Go to any state that has no state inspections, and you'll be seeing cars missing a front end, tarps covering most of the windows, and deflated tires that are in dire need of replacement.
I am only slightly exaggerating, but Tennessee has a ton of cars with that sort of damage driving around.
And I feel like the strength of certain wooden hangers is severely underestimated.
There is a point where your vehicle is illegal to drive (at least in Aus). Speaking from the Australian experience, if a cop were to see a car like the truck just before the 4 minute mark, they'd give you a yellow sticker (that's basically a "Notice of Defect" message). I think you're not allowed to drive it at all at that point until you take the car into a government centre for an inspection - or if you are allowed to drive, it's a limited timeframe.
At the inspection for that car they're likely going to declare it unsafe to drive - if it's not a flat out statutory write-off (which means it can't legally be driven even if repaired due to the level of damage).
Hope you start feeling better soon, Robin! I started having blood pressure issues recently and it's definitely not fun at all. :(

The tires extend too far out from the body without fenders to be legal...
The chains are likely placed there for convenience...WHEN, not IF, WHEN you get stuck, they give the tow vehicle an attachment point to pull you out...either that, or there is a pair of winches mounted underneath the hood and the chains are hooked to the winch lines so the car can pull itself it when it gets stuck...
