I can’t believe Jake went from being one of the most impulsive and reckless goofballs on the crew to being one of the most responsible and dependable (while still being a gigantic goofball)
The guy is annoying, argumentative, and disrespectful. In all of linus' house videos he walks around, talks shit and scoffs like he owns the place. He's the guy who gets invited to his friends house for the first time, walks in, grabs snacks from the kitchen and reclines his muddy shoes on the coffee table after grunting a 'hello'. Had a few family members and friends who were similar to him. Dad-son dynamic in the way that the son is a coworker who gets away with everything or he'll tell his boss dad on you, yeah lol Like, I remember there being linus and the team, stopped watching for a bit and when I tuned into LTT videos Jake was there out of no-where and shot up to what feels like in-the-will level of friend. Weasel vibes.
iirc it was for the new home movie theater, Jake had put a lot of research into getting the right one and must have felt like it was kind of his baby, and it was really expensive ofc.
The Tech Slips, the Tech Flips, and we keep the Tech Clips. Those who don't have the Tech Grips, teach the Tech Tips. The case is Lyin' Sebusted on the Linulium. The front panel is Sebashed-in.
I have an essential tremor in my hands yet somehow I drop things far less often than this man. But I'm probably more experienced with a soldering iron so I've gotten used to the shaking. Although I'm also occasionally entrusted with equipment worth hundreds of thousands of dollars so I suppose my team trusts me to never drop anything.
This is actually the funniest video in the tech space on UA-cam hands down, editing is on point, just comedy gold. I managed to wake my wife up holding in my giggling but still shaking the bed for almost the entire 9 mins 🤣 (she was not impressed 🤣)
When I was an AV tech I knew someone on my team who dropped stuff as much as Linus and we definitely didn't let him within 10 feet of our projectors lol
The best one, which is not in this compilation, is when linus drops an expensive hard drive (20tb capacity) and jake gets genuinely angry to the point of calling out linus lol I think it's the dream server video iirc
I don't know why I find it so hilarious that Linus sebastion of all people, is setting off alarms in tech stores just like the rest of us who play with something a little too much 😂
I feel your pain when you dropped that cpu, I was rebuilding my PC when an item fell off my desk and took out my A10-7890k cpu. Bent a bunch of pins and even lost a pin. I was very upset about it.
Didn't he toss something over his shoulder once and take out a shelving unit that contained a rare prototype card or something they were loaned for a review that cost them thousands of dollars? I seem to remember that being pretty funny in that their insurance company covered it and somehow they didn't ruin their relationship with the brand or whatever in the end
I swear, my 6y old kid dropped fewer things since he has born then Linus in a month and it's incredible how a destructive superpowered man has built so many things...
As much as this is played for laughs, it’s genuinely sad how careless he is, considering having a platform and the budget/sponsorship to get it at all. Really makes his ‘I’m not willing to spend the money on the right graphics card to test a block properly’ remarks even more ridiculous.
I used to drop a lot of things no matter how hard I tried, turned out to be carpal tunnel syndrome not realising my hand was falling asleep randomly. when it happens so frequently you gotta talk about it to your doctor.
Linuse's next April fool's joke would be him dropping everything making it look like an accident but on purpose from CPU's to monitors. Use some cushions to break the fall and cgi over it as if it hit the floor but never look at the object after it falls
Linus should challenge himself to build a gaming pc with vaselined hands
Yeah that would be a sight to behold
Or mineral oil! The kind they use for submerged builds, so he can handle every component without damaging it.
Because of how often he drops things, I thought that said without
@@technorunner2139 I wouldn't say this is true, he wouldn't be holding anything, just dropping.
Why? He does that everyday.
0:50 proof that no matter how well designed something is. Someone will screw it up
"oh."
“Balls”
"Linus"
hahaa screw I get it
except it really wasnt, they couldve made the lid pocket into the separators, and it wouldn't have to be that deep to block it from spilling
I can’t believe Jake went from being one of the most impulsive and reckless goofballs on the crew to being one of the most responsible and dependable (while still being a gigantic goofball)
When I first saw the guy I was like this guys an idiot but he’s probably one the smartest guys on the crew
He was 16 when he started
I'm amazed Linus didn't fire him at some point.
Absolutely love the dad-son dynamic though.
The guy is annoying, argumentative, and disrespectful.

And surprisingly knows his networking skills
funniest part is that about 6 months of content got nearly 10 minutes of stuff being dropped. imagine a supercut of the last 5 years
That would be over an hour and a half of Linus Drop Tips
Shame that the moment linus dropped the 8180 wasn't on camera🤣
"HONNEEEY, GET THE POPCORN!!"
id watch it
I would watch the entirety of it.
It is comforting to know that Linus is daily testing that gravity is still working.
0:47 is probably my favorite clip ever
The face Jake made when Linus dropped the projector was great 😂
It’s only a 5k dollar projector
@@ryans413 chump change lol. They probably have a couple million just in the server room.
0:51 the "Oh, Balls" made me HOLLER 😂😂😂
Linus opening the lettered container upside down is the best, we have all had moment like that.
I love how completely unconvinced she is by Linus' claims at 2:21.
Jake's reaction to the projector drop was my favourite
Jake's reaction to any Linus drop is always good 😂
iirc it was for the new home movie theater, Jake had put a lot of research into getting the right one and must have felt like it was kind of his baby, and it was really expensive ofc.
8:00 that drive was not gonna go without a fight! 😂
The Tech Slips, the Tech Flips, and we keep the Tech Clips.

Man this is so ifjtn
the upside down pillbottle full of screws was classical music.
Linus is the reason magnetic screwdrivers are thing, because he keeps dropping the screws.
I once dropped a screw into a PSU. That was fun! 💀
I love this video. 8:53 'no, don't get that on camera' is the best part hahahahaha
3:55 Did Linus just play ‘Old Macdonald Had a Farm’ with the drill?
I'm enjoying Linus drop things by accidents
this legit the most i had watching UA-cam
The most...
Of what? :p
6:37 this is probably the funniest clip that’s come out of LMG imo
I have an essential tremor in my hands yet somehow I drop things far less often than this man. But I'm probably more experienced with a soldering iron so I've gotten used to the shaking. Although I'm also occasionally entrusted with equipment worth hundreds of thousands of dollars so I suppose my team trusts me to never drop anything.
8:41 I cannot stop watching this clip, seeing Jake look so disappointed at Linus is so satisfying for some reason
This explains why he made his own screwdriver. Be dropped bigs and screws so much.
I appreciate the effort you made of identifying the source of each clip. :)
A money counter would make it funnier
Especially the part where dropping a $1000 GPU earns him $2,000 in ad revenue from people rewatching it! That's much harder to estimate, though.
That first one is hard for me to count. I've seen Motorolas and Kenwoods take a 30 foot drop and be just fine. But nonetheless, it's still a drop.
nothing like dropping someone else's $8k projector
When the robots take over im gonna stand right behind Linus
You could be the one to be droped tho.
This is actually the funniest video in the tech space on UA-cam hands down, editing is on point, just comedy gold. I managed to wake my wife up holding in my giggling but still shaking the bed for almost the entire 9 mins 🤣 (she was not impressed 🤣)
Imagine Linus being a doctor and working on a patient, lol.
Dude it’s contagious! I dropped my iPad while watching this
And this video is why so many companies don't invite Linus to visit their factories.
This made my day. Thanks for creating this montage 😂
There's like literally 100 drops in the first minute and 30 seconds. God tier editing lmfao easy subscription
I can't believe it's been almost a year since those videos came out
0:47 we all know this moment xD hahaahha
Honestly, you deserve waaaay more recognition for your work. This is an amazing amount of work and editing you did here. Props!
When I was an AV tech I knew someone on my team who dropped stuff as much as Linus and we definitely didn't let him within 10 feet of our projectors lol
BRO WHAT HE SAID MASTER CHEF 1:15
0:51 genuinly laughed out loud at that bit
The best one, which is not in this compilation, is when linus drops an expensive hard drive (20tb capacity) and jake gets genuinely angry to the point of calling out linus lol I think it's the dream server video iirc
3:19 idk why but this clip with no context made me burst out laughing
lmfao this was great, thanks for putting this together. That last one is freakin' hilarious. Replayed it like 20 times to be truthful, hahaha...
Companies that had their product dropped by Linus should add a sticker that says “Linus drop tips approved”
why is 6:58 so funny dude, picture on the wall just loses balance when the PC turns on. im ROLLIN bro, tremendous video
I like to think it's from the fans spinning up for a small moment before slowing down again when turning on the PC
8:44 i’ve done that with my projector before… ( an Acer H7550BD)
i’d never had a fast reflex reaction like that until that moment!
2:07 the way i gasped
imagine saying to your boss "you see what I mean you fucking idiot goddamn it" XD
1:17 Master *CHEF*?!
Don't judge. I'd like to see you fighting battles, chatting up AI women and being a master chef all at once!
"it's fine...the air cushions it" lmaoooooo
The drop tips went from individual items dropped to a chain reaction of droppings with collateral damage.
Jakes' "you fucking idiots, godamnit" was hilarious and entirely deserved.
Jakes commentary makes this even better
"Im in!" -No you're not "Neither were you" xD fucking goofballs
I don't know why I find it so hilarious that Linus sebastion of all people, is setting off alarms in tech stores just like the rest of us who play with something a little too much 😂
its just pure art when linus is dropping expensive stuff 😂😂
Sponsor: here is a 10k cpu
Linus drops it.
Can we get a new one?
Sponsor:....., fine
Intel actually denied giving him another xeon once when he dropped one and broke part of the substrate.
No, that board has a good one or two more degrees to go before it snaps.
unironically while watching this video the foam cover on my mic just fell off completely on its own
linus's aura is on a higher plain of existence
I feel your pain when you dropped that cpu, I was rebuilding my PC when an item fell off my desk and took out my A10-7890k cpu. Bent a bunch of pins and even lost a pin. I was very upset about it.
LTT should play the sound of 5:24 after every one of Linus' jokes! 😂
I _love_ when Jake slips into true Canadian voice mode
"The air cushions it" had me in shambles
Didn't he toss something over his shoulder once and take out a shelving unit that contained a rare prototype card or something they were loaned for a review that cost them thousands of dollars? I seem to remember that being pretty funny in that their insurance company covered it and somehow they didn't ruin their relationship with the brand or whatever in the end
“It’s fine,the air cushions it” 🤣
6:42 David's screams are hilarious
Everyone: LINUS!
Linus:😬oopsie daisy
watching Linus drop stuff is very entertaining ^^
so nice that everything was labeled perfectly
when he opened that segmented box upside down that was absolutely 100 percent blonde moment right there
I swear, my 6y old kid dropped fewer things since he has born then Linus in a month and it's incredible how a destructive superpowered man has built so many things...
i love that you can hear the camera guy saying "ooof"
Just watching a compilation of this just highlights how much charm and character the channel has
love me some good old linus drop tipss
That screw case is at the top man... gotta love that 😂😂😂😂
"don't worry it's fine okay the air cushions it" 🤣
I like how Linus has a channel where he tests very expensive tech while being very clumsy to drop them XD
"I pinched my boob"
Linus, 2022
"Linus Drops That Drained the Budget"
Me: *cries in poor*
As much as this is played for laughs, it’s genuinely sad how careless he is, considering having a platform and the budget/sponsorship to get it at all.
Really makes his ‘I’m not willing to spend the money on the right graphics card to test a block properly’ remarks even more ridiculous.
Just imagine all the linus drop tips that don't make the final cut.
This video should be included in a thesis proving gravity
This wouldn't be so bad if Linus would stop talking with his hands.
"is it possible to both hate and love something this much?" my experience building pcs in a nutshell
anxiety compressed into 9 minutes and 21 seconds
Linus is the prefect person to test out the durability of tech
More like Linus drops that drained Jake's soul.
I used to drop a lot of things no matter how hard I tried, turned out to be carpal tunnel syndrome not realising my hand was falling asleep randomly. when it happens so frequently you gotta talk about it to your doctor.
The gravity check is an *essential* test for users to know the results of.
You missed my favourite. When he dropped the brand new RX 480 in front of the AMD engineer while they were revealing it lol
"the air, cushions it"
"....uh-huh"
That's the reason why he failed the brain surgeon course, and his middle name is Klutz!
Why am I purposefully stressing myself watching this video?
the box of screws was hilarious
Linuse's next April fool's joke would be him dropping everything making it look like an accident but on purpose from CPU's to monitors. Use some cushions to break the fall and cgi over it as if it hit the floor but never look at the object after it falls
We need a benchmark for the most expensive and embarrassing lynus drops.
6:57 linus only needs to be present, that things arousnd just drop
He is right about the air cushioning flat objects like that
I just added like three videos to my watch list.
And someone held a baby to this man and said “congratulations”
I cant believe they nailed an employees car, lol
