Very good clean hygienic hitech processing method. Because once sterilisation the whole processing method needs to be done in enclosed form until oil is extracted for hygiene concern to conform safety and health code and practices. Most plant don't adhere to this practices esp on the screw pressing process. Still I believe there is one flaw. Haha if I am right might reduce costs by maybe less than 10%

Sludge go to fat pit. Can recover the oil inside sludge about 3%. after recovery parts, will go to effluent pond.

Why, Cant use demineralization before in the feed water tank?
if demineralization, the water cannot become softer as using softener. water will create hammer effect to the boiler drum.
