I will agree getting the blue wand not bc it can replenish is good at collecting pollen
But i recommend getting the scythe cuz it can drop flame and gives red multiplier exact time it collect pollen
u just wanna put 2 setups for bees for early game, the first setup is what's usually recommended and the second setup is a more experimental setup that i've been theorizing which makes early game a little longer but helps out with mid game by a ton
before i explain the setups i need to explain what's best needed for mid game, what you should have when you start mid game AND the kinds of things you need to look for about bee's
what's needed for mid game
either a vicious bee OR close to a vicious bee to help kill mondo chick and more importantly coconut crab
a rather balanced hive since quests will be asking for different types of pollen (but be warned you will need white a little bit more for mid game since spirit bear since she's purely white pollen)
either close to a gummy bee or already have one since a lot of the quests in mid game will be asking for goo instead of pollen plus gummy bee is incredibly good
what you should have
AT LEAST 1500 tickets worth of event bee's (e.g. 3 500 ticket event bees or 2 500 tickets and crimson/cobalt)
one amulet of every type (either a bronze or silver star amulet and a gold or higher ant challenge amulet, stickbug is exception)
35 bees
porcelain dipper, porcelain backpack, porcelain belt, porcelain boots and the red and blue shoulderguards
a few gifted bees
what to look for in bee's
their gifted bonus since it affects the whole hive passively e.g. hasty bee grants a 20% movement speed buff permanently or gifted brave/rage bee granting your hive +1 attack each
a bee's pollen color, if u have too much of one color in your hive early game, farming in fields where u don't have much or any bees of that color can be extremely difficult
rarity, although this isn't always the case usually the higher a bees rarity is, the better they are a good example is although demon bee seems better than fiery bee, that's not usually the case in endgame.
Abilities, having a mix of abilities is important for stacking buffs and pollen, some bee's are required in any setup because their respective buffs are so strong e.g. rage bee buff or music bee melody also with some bee's having multiple copies are important because their buff becomes much stronger when stacked e.g. carpenter bee's abilities
Knowing what order you're buying your event bees in, it takes a long time to get 500 tickets and some bees are much stronger than others, one example is tabby bee who is very strong, arguably one of the strongest bees with max stacks of their tabby love and gifted, while a bee like puppy bee can provide little value to your hive only providing small bond buffs and an okay amount of pollen
traditional setup
go for a balanced mix of each bee type (if u have 30 bee's then 10 for blue, 10 for red, 10 for white) it's okay to to a little more into one color if you have gear suited towards said color
if i put a + next to a bee's name it means go for more than one since stacking their abilities can be very strong

If you want to go for a white build later on then get (since there's a ton of bees here i'd only recommend getting a few of them, it's just that relative to the other colors, white bee gifted bonuses are just so much better universally)

The pros and cons
running a mixed hive like this is overall nice there's a good balance and you should be getting a decent amount of pollen but outside of that this does have quite a few flaws, the first is mobs, the moment you reach mid game, faming mondo chick and coconut crab will be top priority since the items these bosses can drop can help you significantly throughout the rest of the game so getting a level 11 vicious bee is important but this leaves us with two more problems, treat farming and mother bear quests, mother bear is the first bear you should get a star treat from since her quests are rather easy but it takes a bit of time and a lot of honey and getting that star treat for either your tabby or photon bee is game changing, 5% instant conversion for all pollen is a lot and since it works with it's ability you can spend a lot more time farming pollen since running to the hive will be happening less often and tabby bee's is even better, with the guaranteed critical hit with its ability buffs the amount of pollen you get and since tabby starts outperforming photon bee at around 300 stacks imagine having 800 stacks and it being a critical hit means so much more and i haven't even gotten to the 50% critical damage for the entire hive which is a huge buff that helps with both fighting enemies AND farming pollen, by the time you get mother bear's star treat and your vicious bee to level 11 you could've bought upwards of 3 new bee slots which is a huge loss on pollen farming.
Experimental Build
My experimental build is very similar to the traditional build but it changes up the ratio of color types in your hive from 33% white, 33% red and 33% blue to 50% white 25% red and 25% blue, the reason why is because white is universally better, not as like better in every way but rather, the abilities and buffs white bees provide usually buff ALL your bees while either red or blue bees just buff their colour for example music bee's melody buffs the critical chance for all bee's carpenter bee applies areas on the ground that buffs convert rate for all bees etc same thing with gifted bees windy bee buffs movement speed, brave bee grants bee attack etc also there isn't a bad white legendary bee. one more thing, by the time you reach mid game your best bee should be either Photon or tabby which are both colorless and soon into mid game you should be getting a gummy bee too and further on a windy bee.
Ticket event bee order
1. Tabby Bee
tabby is needed first because of her buff, even though photon bee or both crimson and cobalt can make more pollen, the earlier you upgrade tabby bee, the earlier you start making good pollen
2. puppy bee
to many this seems like a stupid idea but let me explain why, puppy is awful compared to the other event bees granting little pollen and providing some bond to bees, we're not getting puppy bee just for levelling, we're getting puppy be to get mother bear's star treat as early as possible, it takes a ton of bond to level a bee up, costing hundreds of millions for one level, by getting puppy bee earlier on we can reduce the amount of honey spent in the future saving you both honey AND time, once you get the star treat instantly use it on tabby for the huge spike in pollen
3. photon bee
photon is still top priority for obvious reasons
4. festive bee
the only reason why festive bee is above cobalt and crimson bee is because of the festive mark, marks chain to each other and will buff the mark your standing in based on the amount of other marks it's chained to, since a white hive doesn't get nearly as much value out crimson and cobalt at least with a few carpenters you can buff your pollen gain by quite a lot with this mark
Wow. Very well summarized! I would however change your priority for event bees though in the experiment. Tabby -> Festive -> Puppy is a lot better, as festive bee also gives treats in presents, and can potentially help you get a gummy bee and extra gear a lot quicker (guards/masks) while puppy bee only helps in leveling+honey mask. Overall though, incredibly well explained, and I do see your emphasis on the puppy bee buy being earlier than later :)
Hmmm it seem pretty late but here here a question from I'm, should I use my first star thereat ( I can't write it (star threat) to my tabby or puppy bee ( I'm assuming i should use my first thereat to puppy, because of the 20% bonus thereat bond's and it's make level'ing your bee's very Fastly And that Will help Ton During Mid game (the state I'm will get in the future, BUT also I'm very "CONFUSED" Because if I'm uses the star thereat to puppy I'm will miss 50℅ CRIT POWER so I'm making Less pollen which is need for buying the thereat which is also I'm need to level'ing my bees to get the bonus 20% bonus (PUPPY GIFTED)

I just unlocked 30 bee area, Got excited for the diamond egg, Hatched it into a mythic as soon as I got it. That will be my biggest mistake when I manage to get endgame
hey i literally got to 12 bees level 6 in 2 hours with honey dipper and the best bag in the shop next to pineapple because of your guide and also people were very nice to me in server i was in and spawned 3 mythic meteor showers it made me progress really quickly and now my quests are super easy

As for the planters, I'll mention them in tips videos for now, and not make a full-blown guide yet. I'm still waiting for the 2 planters that onett leaked himself to be added into the game

Umm actually honey bee quests rewards are pretty good, i got the quest where i needed to collect 5,000 honey tokens and it rewarded me with a star jelly, i also recommend keeping atleast 10 star jellies when you are saving up for petal wand, since star jellies are so hard to get and petal wand requires 10 star jellies but great video btw and ty for the help, i appreciate it

I like your Guide video, it does help me on my journey, the problem is that you do not explain which to buy first in order, you only tell the description and extra stuff of the item, but it still help, I'm on color weapon progression (Bubble Wand and Fire Scythe) as the time that I am writing this comment thanks to you :-), but I had a bit of problem, do we really need to skip from 3k (Color Weapon) to 16k (Color Bag)? Sadly, it is indeed the only way. It mega jumps in price because the game theorizes that you should be able to afford the skip with ease

Somehow I got the porcelain backpack before I got honey mask (and full porcelain gear w honey mask but no 35 bees). It’s honestly quite funny
Also, if you would like to use pepper field better to grind for porcelain port o hive, you don't HAVE to, but you can get bubble wand (like he said because its better), SKIP the backpack upgrade, and just get gold rake after the boots and finally then get the red port o hive. It might be a pain not to get the backpack upgrade earlier, but if you get the blue port o hive (to pair with bubble wand) and then the red one after gold rake, that's basically 12.5 million honey gone. Again, this decision is COMPLETELY optional, so do what you like.
pepper field costs like 1B worth of hive slots to get, i don't think 12m would be too much for someone who has pepper unlocked

Porcelain and honey mask really helps the grind for hive slots though, its better to max out before going to the next level
You can get 100m+ with some boosters with the honey mask within a day if you grind for a good hour or two

Am i the only one who knows that you can get to 5 bee zone without 5 bees and being teleported? And nice vid it helped me ALOT!
All you got to do is to hop on a fence witch is from mother's bear shop then shift and walk to the 5 bees zone and you can do some quest on panda bear earlier than ever
nah the mondo belt is a must buy too it has 75% loot luck permantly (which is insane!)

You can buy it, just know that you can risk taking just a tiny bit longer to get vicious bee. It's a give and take risk but after you have one definitely buy it

Another tip, ask help for killing cave monsters for a chance to get honey eggs since at the start, the basic eggs are pretty hard to get and it would help them alot faster at getting 35 bees

Personally, I find them to be optional because of the resources they require, but they are indeed a huge help if you get them, so getting them is super good still
