Honestly, any agency that gives a shit about their employees should stay out of China. Their market is just not worth the hassle.
So if anyone reading this comments wants to know,
tldr: 2 of the streamers showed their analytics on streams and had Taiwan listed as a country, that made people in china so mad and for some reason decided it was the streamers fault and harassed them. So the company the girls work for, essentially said “f this” and literally pulled all of their support and footholds they had in china out
Ah... how could I forget, Hololive lost a great Vtuber, but it's good to know that she is doing fine with another company.
I'm really surprised to be in this video, and somehow feel ashamed. I also would like to apologise for the random bits and clips i've included which may or may not make absolute sense.
Even if Terroriser hates vtubers or perhaps myself, he has every right to feel that way and I hope this doesn't affect others who supported him in contrary.
Regardless, I don't harbor any malicious intent and I am open to their comments and criticism.
I still love watching Terroriser and Nogla with Vanoss and the crew for GMOD contents and many more after the Black Ops II Shenanigans since I somehow grew up with it.
Even so, i want to thank you both for spending your time enduring and watching my cringe moments.
For context on that hololive clip, mumei is an owl girl and she refers to her dad as father owl whenever he comes up in a story. I’m assuming she has never actually shown her dads face, so blue kaito (the creator of that animation) thought it would be funny to say Vanoss is father owl. It’s actually a running joke in their videos.
That pretty much sums it up as of now
Pretty much father owl doesn't have a filter so they use a popular man owl as a stand-in for father owl.
It just fits to use him because vanoss doesn't give a hoot either.

Brian not being a huge fan of the Hololive stuff honestly makes a lot of sense, and that's okay. If VTubers aren't your cup of tea to begin with, and you're watching VTuber content out of context, it's going to be hard to get enjoyment from watching it. The videos don't really have anything to actually do with Vanoss or the rest of the crew, it just has some of their funny moments inserted in there, which is great for those of us who are fans of Hololive and the Vanoss Crew, but for people coming at this with no context and no prior interest, it's going to seem kind of nonsensical, and nobody can really blame them for that.

To people who have been keeping up with BlueKaitzo's uploads and are fans of Vanoss, it was hilarious because it's basically the culmination of all the Vanoss Crew jokes inserted into their videos up to this point, but to people who don't have that context, it probably just looks like a video with Vanoss's playermodel inserted into it.
I mean some people do not have time to watch hours of streams & instead of watching them they could use the time of 1 stream to watch multiple videos of a lot of other people, only real reason I don't watch vtubers
@@RaifuEnthusiast In fairness, there are clip channels where you can skim through the highlight moments of VTubers. And there’s some VTubers who cut down their streams to 11-20 minute videos for people who don’t watch streams; though you usually mainly see that with Indie VTubers.

Oh man I love both the Vanoss crew members and the Hololive VTubers. It hurts a bit that they find them annoying to me. The Hololive VTubers are females behind the avatars for who are apart of Hololive. The more you watch them they actually just chill and just do activities. They are gamers and singers etc. they are just streamers with an avatar. You get to know them overtime and realise this is how they are. I always dreamed of Vanoss crew collaborating with Hololive VTubers especially since DuDul an animator who did a h20 delirious one punch man animation for him, who also does animations for Gawr Gura who is apart of Hololive the most popular VTuber with over 4M Sub.

Different people have different preferences. Brian's not a huge fan of VTubers, and that's okay. Whether someone likes or dislikes the things you like has no bearing on your enjoyment of those things. It's also kinda hard to blame someone for finding VTuber stuff nonsensical or annoying when they're coming at it with no context or prior interest.

Eh. Depends on what kind of VTuber you are. If you’re Indie, you’d kind of have to do things more like how Vanoss and Co. does. If you’re a corporate VThber then you’d get more money, though that too would vary based on which agency you’d join.

After 3:54 from watching, I honestly expected Brian to talk shit about Vtubers. Especially with having no knowledge of Hololive, it's a JAPANESE company. Hololive had LONG disassociated with China forever ago.

I love how they assume the vtubers themselves are putting vanoss into their stuff but rather it's characters talking about their family or going through stuff and BluezKaito, a vrchat animator-ish guy puts the Vanoss characters and memes into these clips lol. The vtuber stories themselves are usually very relaxed and normal, at least on the en side of things, but BluezKaito snorts some sugar and just makes it run wild.

The V-tuber videos are made by a fan of both V-tubers and the ”Vanoss crew” who acts out small skits in VrChat and then uses audio from videos and streams to bring them to life. Brian’s anger is aimed at the wrong people in his comment about V-tubers.
I do agree that some fan animations of hololive can be all over the place, but that's the beauty of it

Holy shit people got unnecessary brutal with the Vtuber clip. The video itself was from a fan of both the Vtuber and Vanoss. The fact that reddit tittle is so overly hostile to the point of using the word stealing, while the only thing that they used were voice clip. If that clip was not from a vtuber fan and used for similar purpose, people will not as mad.
