I just found out about Taeyeon few days back when the news about her depression was out. I actually saw her somewhere before and I knew immediately she had depression. It was written all over her face. Hearing her song "I" after hearing about the depression had a psychological impact on me which made me turn back more into introvert again. Her new song "Voice" was out on my brother's birthday. I really love that song and I rank it as the best song I've ever heard. I actually heard the live version first before the MV which was a great idea. I have also been battling depression after lying to myself for years that I'm not having it. It gotten more serious and as I grew and slowly turn 18, I was more mature and realised the severity of my condition. I can really empathise with Taeyeon but hope to learn from her bravery of sharing it with other people. I hope she sees my comment and get motivated by the fact that she motivated me. Just knowing her for less than 5 days, I've already been very supportive of her and have vowed to accompany her for life. In the distant future, maybe 30 years from now where it will be more likely to meet her in person, I would love to hear her just sing the first sentence of "Voice". I will be learning the meaning of the songs since it was written by her. I want to understand the feelings she was trying to express through these difficult times. Fighting Taeyeon!
