This is by far the most immersive experience I can have studying Chinese outside of China. The textbook recording are so boring, this video is incredible! Thank you, and looking forward to more content
I've been finding I can mostly understand teachers and textbook recordings, but people in real life? I'm completely lost. I should have understood most of this conversation, and could read it easily. But he spoke SO fast I had no idea. This format is exactly what I was looking for! It's brilliant, and not too overwhelming since it's short. Amazing!
this kind of video is really good for learning Mandarin! I've been learning Mandarin in Taiwan for 5 months and when I practiced it in real life, it was so different because local people talked too fast and sometimes they used slang words that we didn't learn at school. This kind of video is really useful and appreciated. I hope you keep making them~
This is the first Chinese video I have watched to learn Chinese, and it's super helpful. It's very easy to understand and very practical. You have no idea how much it encouraged me to learn Chinese more. Thanks a million!!
These lessons are really wonderful. Just amazing. I didn't found any other video on UA-cam this much easy and great method to understand Mandarin. Loving Mandarin even more 😍😍
I'm grateful to the algorithm that showed me this video. You have chosen the optimal format, and your explanations come in handy. Keep up the good work.
Oh wow, when I clicked the video I didn't expect it to be so thought through 😍 Other beginner comprehension videos usually just have subtitles and that's it. I absolutely love how you split the video into a few parts with decreasing difficulty. I think it's a great way to learn and it corresponds with research on language acquisition. Thank you so much for making this! Please keep up the good work 🥰
Great video, brought back some memories. From my experience when ordering Starbucks in China, if you order coffee or 抹茶(matcha) you should say which size cup you want (中杯/大杯) and they will ask if you want it hot 热的吗?
Estudo mandarim, iniciante. Muito bom mesmo. Só muito rápido, fica como dica, falar mais devagar a partir de agora e demorar para passar um pouco mais as frases uma da outra, para dar tempo de ler.
Learning Mandarin by reciting fragment words and phrases is incredibly dull. Thanks to Immersive Translate, I can read some web novels on my own for relaxation.
1:15 红 should be red, right? Not black.
红hóng means "red". English "black tea" in Chinese we call "hóngchá红茶 "( literally means "red tea" ), because we think the tea's liquid is red!
This format is excellent. Those are really useful phrases too. Thanks for the video.
