- I've made a lot of edits from Riley's POV, but after last night's new MacGyver episode, I had to create one from Mac's perspective. Here is a vid showcasing Mac's feelings for Riley. :)

Mac doesn't look at Desi the way he looks at Riley...he is more himself with Riley
YES IT'S TRUE ! With Desi Mac is the shadow of himself.With Riley is really himself.All the things he needs is only Riley nothing else.I don't support how Desi treates Mac.With Riley the things are simple,real.The alchimy and feelings are obvious.With Desi it's forcing and toxic.Desi is totally complatly definitely not for Mac.
It’s because they have had time to get to know, understand, and TRUST each other. They both obviously knew and saw how attractive each was and how intelligent each was in their own right. They didn’t just get the hots at a moment here and there and afterwards find they didn’t have anything in common or anything to talk about. Mac told Riley he and Desi broke up because they had nothing in common. In the episode with the double date with Riley and Aubrey it was seen that Mac and Riley had anything to just “talk” about when things were just quiet and nothing going on regarding work.
I've always liked Mac with Riley.

90% of the people that watch MacGyver want Mac and Riley together. So the show should just put them together.
This is what the show should be Season 6 and 7 Mac and Riley together.Season 8 Mac proposes to Riley.Season 9 they get married.Season 10 riley pregnant with twins .Season 11 riley gives birth to a boy and girl that are hacker/genius kids
Season 12 still saving the world.
Love your storylines for them!!
Okay so we need to petition for you to join their writing department! Love how you think ... except for one small change, Season 12 should be “them still saving the world but now as a family” 😁🙌🏼
that's what's going to happen in the next seasons Mac Gyver and Riley, that's a crazy thing.
Writers of series let people wait for years, put them together for a while, than finish it again , every show has the same story NO HAPPY PEOPLE

Okay don’t hate desi at all but I don’t like her for Mac, Riley is better for him. She’s always believed in him no matter how crazy a screwed up it is. She also grounds him and same goes for him
Yeah, I was furious when even Desi, who is (was?) his girlfriend didn't believe him with the whole codex thing. She should be the closest person to Mac and still he didnt have her trust. It just shows that they really dont know each other that well, they have the sexual chemistry but when it comes to love.... nothing.

THEY BROKE UP BEFORE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT KNOW EACH OTHER, and that their relationship was kind of centered to work, remember😂 LIKE DID YOU GO BLIND OR SOMETHING, because this is exactly what happened last time Mac. She doesnt trust you and that only should be a hint for you that maybe this relationship isn't what you need and want lmao I cant with him honestly🤣

Desi and Mac have perfect chemistry and could also relate to each other in a way. Riley and Mac barely talk to each other lol, plus their like brother and sister.

Agree. He wants answers from Riley but he won't get the truth while in a relationship with someone else, that's asking too much from Riley who's feelings were already widely exposed, and who's trying to heal and move on if he's not free for good. It's unfair.
Loving the slow burn!! Bozer is their number 1 shipper, and to think Bozer was the one who had a crush on Riley. Best friend forever material there.
I always hated Mac and Desi together. I mean the last episode was all about how selfish he’s gotten with his friends like Bozer and Riley to be with Desi, so he should just break up with her and be with Riley.
I really hoped that Bozer would have said that he hasnt acted like their friend in a long time because tbh he hasnt really been a friend to Riley either. Last season, he didnt know about Rileys new boyfriend until it was brought out to him. He didnt even bother to ask what was going on in her life. That makes me mad. Its all about Desi and work, everything they used to do together is kinda forgotten. And also, Mac should realize if one relationship starts ruining your friendships, then you should get out of it. Because your friend wouldnt tell you that straight to your god damn face if it wasnt true. I am getting upset with mac, he should know better. But yeah, i agree with you 100%

I've been reading so many comments about Mac/Riley and Mac/Desi, as to which one Mac should choose, and many say Mac/Riley are more like brother & sister. Well, I have a brother, whom I love, but never, and I repeat, never have I looked at him nor he at me the way Mac looks at Riley and vice versa. I don't hold his hand nor hug him the way they do. So, no, I don't see them as a brother/sister relationship. I see a friendship that is slowly blossoming into a beautiful relationship that will continue to grow to a romantic love.
I feel like i grow up with this show. I started to watch it when i was 2nd grade of Highschool. Now im almost in my 4th year of College. Seeing how Mac & Riley relationship build slowly and actually watching that for years. I think im gonna be broken hearted if these two didnt ended up together

@@KaterinaV I don’t know what is going to happen but the writers are throwing Mac and Desi together so many times when they could have parted ways. For now I don’t think Mac and Riley is going to happen because the relationship between the three have gotten way too complicated. And the writers are just leading us on because they know a lot of people will not watch it that often anymore if they permanently say MacRiley isn’t going to happen.

I've been watching Macgyver from day one i do like how riley and mac and their relationship develop making their bond unbreakable and i just hope they do get together at the end of the season because they have so much chemistry i just want them to be happy don't get me wrong i do lile desi character but i don't see any tension or moments its not like mac and riley.

I think that when mac actually finally realises that he has feelings for Riley , he’s going to try and hide it from desi because he wants to try and make his relationship with her work but desi then realises that mac is spending time with Riley and she’s gunna realise mac likes Riley so she will break up with him and let mac and riles be together even though she still has feelings for mac but i cant watch season 5 since I’m in the UK so I have no idea what will happen hahah

Riley is basically the only thing that makes me continue the serie despite ALL the things that i really really hate in the show (the stupidity of Bozer working there, the "i dont like guns but have no problem blowing people up", Jack stupidity, the how on earth Bozer is working on the robot(?????), Bozer again because i hate him so much, the lack of security in Mac house, how deeply unprofessional they all are except for Desi, and more), i hope she gets a happy ending thats all i ask for
