***** 85 power, but yea i guess it was fine. i was deducting points for it being normal type but way less pokemon resisted it in gen 1. there's also rockslide and explosion and bind.
Round 2 Elite 4 is TOUGH. One of the reasons is that the stats/move sets of rental Pokémon are usually bad and if you use your own, it’s hard to have certain moves (I.e. I wanted to teach Electrode Thunderbolt, which can only be used once as a TM in the original game, also ice beam to Dragonite etc).
This held so much life it was wild for its time, seeing the animated creatures with REAL expression and movement was captivating! Truly they felt more alive to me than now, makes me wanna n64 with some classics like snowboarding/golden eye/Diddy king and pokemon! Even red/blue/yellow version so I can train my own and transfer them, none of this virtual console nonsense where they can't play in switch stadium. Although fr LG is also a good gen 1 experience as they can go to colo/xd
The pain of getting a Dratini so late in fuschia city and madly training it up in victory road so it gets enough xp to Evolve (hopefully) before the e4 while neglecting the other team members and slapping blizzard on the thing for lamce 👍 Also on blastoise/nidoqueen etc
Seeing Lance's team in Round 2 of this game, Blue shouldn't have been the Champion. Fortunately, Lance takes back that title in the Johto Pokemon games.
It's a surprisingly good move on Gengar thanks to its Special, which in Gen 1 counts as both Special attack and Special defense. In this case it was attacked physically, but as long as you don't 2hko it, it WILL destroy you.
GardV4 what, the no recoil or the crit? If it's the no recoil, that was a glitch in Gen 1 games where if the enemy Pokémon was fainted by a move that causes recoil, the user would not suffer said recoil. It was even more broken in RBY because if you could knock out Pokémon with 6 Hyper Beam attacks, the battle would be over in 6 turns because the game didn't take into account the recharge, as later games do with Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, etc.
@@diavol0666 depends which one you are talking about, round 1 is a cake walk but round 2 is ridiculous because of missing attacks or they crit/hax you. Round 2 is most painful when you play the Tournament Cups.
Aw, no announcer? But he gave Stadium its charm! Oh well, good battling nonetheless.

Though this video alone doesn’t have the announcers voice in the background I can still here his voice 😂
Anyone remember playing this game and being so entranced seeing the mons in 3D?!❤

Slowbro just looks so shocked that opposing pokemon even exist...

Even to this day, Psychics scare me.
Just imagine having to deal with Metagross, Cresselia, Sigilyph and Tapu Lele
Ironic since you're a Gardevoir.
Earthquake against a Exeggutor... Nice 👌
Pokemon Shining Stars CONFIRMED!!!!!!!
This is the first time I’ve seen someone successfully land BIDE
Who the hell puts BIDE on a Gengar…
It's a surprisingly good move on Gengar thanks to its Special, which in Gen 1 counts as both Special attack and Special defense. In this case it was attacked physically, but as long as you don't 2hko it, it WILL destroy you.
The people who designed the first game?
Ik they put Bide on onix...maybe hitmonchan?
the gen 4 one was so good imagine one now
That wasn't pokemon stadium that was pokemon battle.....I forget but it wasn't stadium
Fergal Murray Pokemon Battle Revolution.
So, Yellow version used ?
Poderiam ter continuado a saga no stadium...que pena que foi só até a 2 geração
VERY Good video
the best on stadium was the mini games :D
Everyone cartoon violence and cómic mischief
I have to admit that there weren't good moves back then and some actually were way too broken.
Arturo Orozco do u remember fire spin?
shadowlord mcgill and wrap thunderwave
Oh yes I hated those moves when I was a kid it was this game that taught me the definition of rage
Arturo Orozco
gen one is pretty broken
Horn drill

BlackDawn626 oh, well I never took it into account. thanks
No announcer?
Dislike.
Rentals?
its waaay imposible win with rental pokemon. (Even Round 1 is kinda hard, but non imposible)
Alejandro Ayora I haven't beat the game with Rentals make sense.
Lance Richards i always beat the elite 4 with rentals, i dont have a RBY game so i have no other option, is not that hard tho
Ivan Olvera even on round 2?
