when I used to work as a salesman in an area which is very hard to make sales. I remember that I called a potential customer and I couldnt get hold of him and I went to rest room and I came back, my collegue who was a salesman said the customer called back and said he doesnt need anything. I gave him a call again and closed a deal.
Andrew, this is the best episode that had the most natural flow and complete process from start to finish. There is no thought of, I didn't understand here or there from begining to end. A TV series like Shark Tank couldn't touch this episode in the 12 years they have been at it. Hearing this journey from your student and her licensor with you was the most believable video because there's no questions from the start of her journey to her licensing her product and his testimonial to that process. Great job Andrew. Steven is going to have to work twice as hard to match this video, he's competitive and I expect him to rise to the occasion. Thank you both, Steven and Andrew.
Thank you David for being on the show today very insightful especially for a new inventor every bit of info is greatly appreciated it provides confident in the process
LOVE THIS whole story! The reality of the issue. So many people have had this going on. If your with a baby who is ready to be off the "changing scene" before you are "all clear" it's just sooooo quick of a move. (when they are especially going through a problem with a diaper rash already) And the diaper already is a thing to throw out so this "shield" can just be included in the diaper before you compact and seal up the "throw out" diaper. But THIS is the perfect example of the best thing= problem you see that many have and coming up with an idea and not letting go completely. True wonderful story.
Ok, I'm ready to take the next step. I have 2 things I made that I want to try to license or sell, but I'm definitely not a marketing person. I want to become an inventright student.
Hi Skywatcher, Take a look here at our programs inventright.com/services/ then book a call with one of our advisors here. inventright.com/contact/#schedule-consult Both Sylvia and Dana are super friendly, straightforward and not at all pushy, so go ahead and book and they'll talk to you about how we can help. - Andrew Krauss, inventRight Co-Founder
Thanks Angela, We have students licensing products all the time, but for some reason we have not been interviewing many of them on You Tube. We have interviewd students of ours in the past of course, but we need to do more interviews as it's so encouraging to other inventors and because it's real. We need more real stuff out in the world on this topic as opposed to everyone preaching fear and thowning money at patent attorneys. Keep inventing! - Andrew Krauss, inventRight Co-Founder
Very interesting, that this product is not reusable itself, but the ideolog that "waste is bad, diapers need to be reusable, and water is a scarce resource". The original sewn solution is better for the environment but conversely bad for "market opportunity". I like how refreshing the manager was transparent poised toward the economic opportunity and the reality of internal business and marketing to the globe.
Yes, i agree. David was very honest in not stating that this product was not perfect environmentally but still had a smaller environmental impact than using an entire wet wipe to do the same thing. - Andrew Krauss, inventRight Co-Founder
Hi David, Her prototype was actually sewn by hand in fabric. As she mentioned in the video, she had no idea how it would be heat sealed together, but David and his company had no problem figuring it out. I would need to ask her coach as to exactly what she showed David. I don't know. - Andrew Krauss, inventRight Co-Founder
I had a sell sheet and a video which highlighted the problem, demonstrated what’s on the market and focused on how easy Finger Shields are to use and why they get the job done without the mess.
Hello I have my first ever idea …a baby plush idea that I’m almost finished with how do I get in contact with people like David. I’m working with all in one inventions and 5 weeks away from finishing my product, patent included! They don’t help me that much with marketing . So I need to find someone that can help me the best company for my product. I believe I have a very good idea that will change the game in baby products. Can you please point me in the right direction

This was outstanding and very informative! I really enjoyed this. I’ve been sitting on ideas so long. I need to just pull the trigger with Invent Right. I’ve been following you guys about 3-4 years now.

I Yves, I don't remember if we covered protection in the interview other than the fact that Ingrid has very strong protection on this one. Most of our students file a PPA and then later file a patent if necessary. I forget exactly what is the case for Ingrid. - Andrew Krauss, inventRight Co-Founder
@@inventRight thanks for reaching out…I worked with an attorney on my provisional patent application and had submitted it before I started contacting companies. I wanted to make sure my PPA was very strong.
I want to meet that baby who’s little but invented this through mommy hand 😍 Baby: hey mom Wanna retire early? Mom: Yes baby… Baby: Look at my butt.. you see a million dollar. Go cash it out.
One of my grandparents have 10 children and other have 3 children. They never used any creams ,and everyone grow up healthy. Did she knows how is every cream ,lotion made,or anything? If she knows she will not put to much cream on baby. Terrible how much cream she put on baby. Wash baby with water 🌩️💦 little soup and dress baby without any cream.
Ridiculous 🙄 you can take any napkin or cloth ,and you don't needed when is your baby do with your hands. Did she massage her baby ,or she bath her baby with her finger Inventions?😁😁 My ideas Inventions are brilliant and they're not cheap.
one of the best videos at invent rite hands down
Sounds like she's added a few decimal places to her bank account. Congrats for an excellent idea and for following through!
Smart idea. Smart Inventor!

noted. any international licensee of note?
Great question. Tim Brennan lives in the UK and licensed his product to a UK kitchen company.
