Sorry, I've been out for a bit, so I'm sorry for the late response, but you need to be on mobile and instead of pulling the movement thingy fully you just move it a bit up and then it walks slower

I'm pretty sure none of the secrets are bannable. for newer updates, you should always ask a mod or a dev if you can leak.
