Ongoing love and respect for this amazing guy always, not only a phenomenal irreplaceable athlete but also undoubtedly TOTALLY UNIQUE,Novak you are CLASS PERSONIFIED on and off the court..
Big fan of Rodger, but not in some low EI way where everyone else is garbage. Novak is absolutely incredible, he really is. What a player man... that's been the joy of watching these elite players and their individuality in what they've shared with us. I really believe if he wants to he can play into his 40s, still at an elite level. Just a class act
FUN FACTS for the Djokovic fan: 1. After the Miami Masters, Djokovic will be world #1 for 419 weeks, surpassing DOUBLE the career time of Nadal as #1. 2. After the first week of April, Djokovic will become the oldest to ever be ranked #1, surpassing Roger Federer at 36 years, 320 days old.
I know a lot if people think Novak is done. But let's not forget, he won 3 out if 4 GS's last year and everything in between, beating Alcaraz and Rune consecutively in Paris. He's just going through a period of adjustment because he needs to, so count him out at your peril. He is, admittedly, at the twilight of his career but he ain't done yet.
Roger was the most aesthetic of the big 3, like a ballerina, Rafa was the most powerful with his brutal strokes, which pounded his opponent into submission, but Nole is the GOAT, due to his sheer athleticism and brains that allow him to shift tactics as he did in winning the Australian Open in 2023, when he pulled a muscle and was unable to stop and go into his lockdown mode and shifted to a straight power game with its short points to protect his hip muscle.
So what? He remained on top unconquered for 15 years and show me someone who can match his prowess and consistency? He has come back at 36 years to win 3 slams a year. Even if he loses, his glory will live forever
