At this point just listen to the original. The song is called Young Girl A by Siinamota. Kentenshi ‘sampled’ and basically slowed it down and titled the version ‘paranoia’. Siinamota was a Vocaloid producer and a legend. He released this song at the age of 18 in 2013. He battled depression and posted the song Goodbye Everyone in March of 2015. He died of suspected suicide at the age of 20 in July of 2015.
