Put a 4k7 resistor in parallel with LED 1. Then after the level rises in dot mode, led 1 will not light up.

I knew it a long time ago, but I ignored it. Sometimes in certain circuits I parallel LED1 with a 560 ohm resistor when I want LED1 get full off if the next LED lights up.
