Schneider Inverter with CANopen for SCM Olimpic

Recently; our service team utilized tailored methodologies to assess the operational efficacy of the Schneider Inverters integrated within the SCM Olimpic Edge Bander machinery. We conducted the installation of a new Inverter unit and initiated the programming process, configuring its parameters from the ground up. This encompassed comprehensive setup of essential data, notably the CANopen fieldbus settings, inclusive of address allocation, baudrate establishment, and error configuration. This meticulous configuration was imperative to facilitate seamless communication between the newly integrated CANopen module of the Inverter, the Human-Machine Interface (HMI), and the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) governing this specific machinery.

اليوم، قام فريق الصيانة في شركتنا بفحص جهوزية محولات السرعة Schneider في ماكنة SCM وذلك بعد أن قمنا بتركيب محول جديد مكان القديم التالف، قمنا ببرمجة هذا المحول بشكل كامل بعد دراسة دقيقة لملفات الصانع، البرمجة شملت ضبط نظام CANopen المشمول في هذا المحول لتمكينه من التواصل مع بقية مكونات التحكم في هذه الماكنة.
