Something that helps me to remember to take my vitamins is I get cute little weekly vitamin organizers for super cheap and I get 4 of them and just organize all my vitamins for the whole month while I watch a show or something that way it’s done and I don’t have an excuse! Also habit stack them so you don’t forget, for example, keep them where you feed your dogs so when you feed your dogs in the am you also take your vitamins, or on the bathroom when you brush your teeth, etc! You’ve got this!!!!

I would avoid using a scale number as a goal ! body recomp is very real and you can look completely different without weight changing significantly or at all. I would focus more on how your clothes fit/inches instead !💕💕💕
For sure! That's why I mentioned it wasn't necessarily about hitting a specific number on the scale, I just know from my past experience with gaining & losing weight when I'm around a certain weight that's when I feel best + my clothes fit! My goal is to be healthy, strong and feel my best regardless what my weight is! 💪
