Hi everyone! As you may notice this is a compilation of some of my older videos. In the following weeks there will also be some Synthesia tutorials of some of my older videos that I never made for Synthesia (River flows in You, Amélie etc.). I have to travel around for the next month, but I already have three original pieces which are very close to being ready for release. My music teacher would always say it’s like losing a hand if he does not have the piano by his side. I always thought he was exaggerating, since I’ve had times when I had no piano to play for many weeks at a time. It was only until recently, having not played the piano for a couple of months, that I realized it had taken a huge toll on me: I’ve become more irritable, depressed and lost many introspective moments where I would have had if I’m playing the piano. I’ve just rented a piano room and can play tomorrow(i know, what a coincidence haha). Perhaps touching the keyboards will bring me to tears. Let’s find out:)

yeah, talent is what it is... he probably never used thousands of hours to perfect his skills... Some people are just lucky to just have the "talent" and when they touch the keys, everything sounds good...
It really upset me that such a talented person had so few subscribers. He helped me get more interested in the piano. I hope one day I can play the piano very well like you, gorgeous Jacob.

I bumped into your channel accidentally, my 2 years old daughter was running rounds around the house, though it is a bedtime. Once she heard you playing she approached me, hug me and fell asleep in 5 minutes while watching you playing the piano. That's a miracle.

I am amazed of the simplicity and the beauty of the "Interstellar" theme. I play a little piano, very little, but enough to see that at least for the right hand, it is super simple and yet, so beautiful. And everything stands in the interpretation, the forte- piano- pianissimo, the rythm, the rubatos just in the right places (when you slow down a bit the rythm). Beautifully played, Jacob. And what a genius is the composer, to come with such a simple and yet such a haunting theme. And so suitable for the mood of the movie.

Wow I can't even imagine what life would be without music. Especially this kind of music just makes me feel safe...

romanitza24 the composer is hans zimmer. he’s made many great pieces. i recommend listening to his other pieces too.
