    3/4th tsp turmeric

    250 grm yougurt

    1/2 tsp white pepper

    One sugeesion: apne video ko alag alag folder banaye..as in starter gravy..rice..sweet. Etc

      Depends on the recipe lekin generally yon kerna better hai. You will feel a vast difference in taste and overall feeling of lightness in the dish

      @@FoodScientist jazak Allah. Can u explain the difference between kala zeera and shah zeera i have heard they are different and how they are both different form safaid zeera. Shopkeepers seem to be selling the same thing but with different names

      @@sameenfatima143 Real shah zeera is black in color and demand a hefty price tag whereas sometimes normal white zeera darkens in color and is also sold as kala zeera or shah zeera. I would recommend you buy shah zeera from a reputed super store for the first time. This way you can analyze and memorize the shape form and aroma of shah zeera. It has a stronger taste than white zeera.

    Are there any tips of reheating of handi, since we are adding cream and we might have some leftovers?

      Mix a little water in the gravy and just heat it up enough to bring to a boil but try not to boil it. boiling will split the cream

    Sir plz bataye ki kya normal baking powder and double action powder main difference hota hai kya.kyuonki maine kl first time double action powder use kiya chocolate cake main utna hi ammount jo main regular use krti hoon magar kl cake sour ho gya plz mujhe batayeein

      mostly baking powder double action hee hotay hai chahay un per likha ho ya na ho. Primarily aapko jitni recipes milay gee us mein double acting baking powder hee use hota hai. market mein aap kisi bhi brand ka baking powder khareedain gee tow kuch per double action likha hoga aur kuch per nahi but lekin baking powder double action hee miltay hain market mein. Single action baking powder aesay bazaar se nahi milta professional khud banantay hain. ya buhat mushkil se single action milta hai. mostly Pakistan mein professional singl action ki jaga baking soda use kertay hain. anyways for any recipe with baking powder, it is implied that the baking powder in use is double action and all baking powders available in the market are double action.

      I prefer chuck but you can also use round eye. I prefer using lean cuts

    bhaijaan i have neverseen you pressure cooking red meat.most of the videos have atleast time consumption of atleast one hour.does it taste better than pressure cooked red meat mixed with gravy.if we cook for long time wont it take more gas usage in restaurants.please answer when u r free

      its ok to pressure cook red meat. the problem is when we pressure cook the bones. when pressure cooked, the bones give a metallic taste to the gravy which is not pleasing. Either use boneless red meat to pressure cook or cook in conventional vessels for best results.

    Salam o alikum brother. I just wanted to know kay lal rung shorba ya tira kaisay ata hay salan mein.
    Aloo gosht, aloo qeema, nihari, qourmay mein lal rung ka tira to opper hota hay Pakistan mein khanoon mein woo nahi la paa raha mein. Meray salan aksar brown rung kay bantey hain. I am tired of trying, I think I am making some mistake.
    Aap ney note kiya hoo ga bihari ki shops per Pakistan mein aksar woo aik red oil type ki cheez daltey hain end per. I spoke to my mom in Pakistan she said it's called tira ya teri.
    Please help me out for aloo qeema ka salan with red teri/tira.

    I think the grated/crushed ginger & garlic will give a body to gravy. The paste would just melt away.

    ادرک لہسن اگر پیسٹ کی صورت میں نا ہو تو اسکا ذائقہ کھل کر آتا ہے اور گوشت کو ذائقہ دار اور خوشبودار بنادیتا ہے.
    پسے ہوئے زیرے میں سوندھا پن ختم ہوجاتا ہے.
    سوال: کیا بہتر نہیں ہے کہ بجائے پینتالیس منٹ پکانے کے ہم اسے پریشر ککر میں پندرہ بیس منٹ کے لیے پکالیں؟
