We stayed near this home the weekend before CES, the neighborhoods out there are cool and I like the architecture but there sure isn’t much to do or many restaurants out that way. It would’ve been fun to collaborate on a video!

Caliza and the Island have the highest prices in Lake Las Vegas. Here are a few homes that have sold in the past year: 49 Falling Ridge Lane - $3,875,000 5 Falling Ridge Lane - $3,799,000 12 Rainbow Point Place - $5,800,000 45 Reflection Shores Lane - $5,133,000
With the relaxed tax rates in Vegas the never ending things to do, the drive time from Vegas to Los Angeles and celebrities like Mark Wahlberg making Vegas their home yes there’s going to be an increase in real estate prices.
@@reginaldhorne2464my brother in Christ, no one’s real estate value is going up because marky mark is here. Lake Las Vegas is a very low level desire place to live. I’m not asking about summit or the ridges.
@ he’s playing on building his production studio there and there are other celebrities that have made the move there. Not to mention athletes and business titans. So where the rich move prices go up.
@ No not everyone can afford a Multi Million Dollar Home but those who can find these things informative. Those who DREAM BIG find this tour ASPIRATIONAL. The there are those content being basic and mediocre that will find anything to complain about when something is outside their realm of reality. So which one are you?

Beautiful home in my opinion.
They use neutral colors to appeal to a wider audience. I love the Dark and Moody aesthetic but that would limit the range of buyers for a house.

@ Just admit that you don't understand what buyers in this price range expect.
It's tragic they didn't do level 5 smooth walls and upgraded flooring tiles at this price point.
Yup -- who chose those lame 12x24 tiles for the flooring? Crazy.
Those would have been great to have in this type of home.
