Built by the same Ferretti Group executive's that brought victory to the Ferretti Offshore Class 1 team in the 90's, this vessel is full of surprises. With a carbon fibre rigid hull and high quality inflatable tubes, she can cruise at 40 knots and has remarkably low consumption. The Anvera 55S has a yacht quality interior including a double berth, bathroom, and second cabin.

Senna visited the Ferretti shipyard in Cattolica, and I'm pretty sure that he is at the helm of the Offshore race boat at 1:10 when it passes the yacht.

5 liters/mile @ 40 knots = about 51 gallons/hour (@ 40 knots). Still a massive amount of fuel and consequently limited range. Could a pair of 500 HP motors offer noticeably better efficiency/range for slightly less performance? Also, I hope that they left space and included structure for a Seakeeper because a boat of that caliber should have a stabilizer. BTW - a Seakeeper will add some weight and consume power, but, totally justified.

It is a good rib but probably i prefere to buy a pershing 51 at this price.
It's much larger than it looks, especially on the inside, but I don't think I'd classify it as a yacht. Luxury speed/motor boat: definitely.

What is the range?
It has a 1600 litre fuel tank, so at 5 litres per mile (40 knots) you would have a range of about 300 miles.

As an engineering project its Brilliant But this is a niche market very exclusively for the super rich playboys either as a second boat to have fun on the water or the only boat for people who have zillions but are no true sea lovers,
