I love your videos, and I must say you do great work. I have learned a lot. I have a question, do you prefer color paste or liquid drops. The colors are so vibrant. Are you going to do some Christmas cakes or and cupcakes?
As a professional decorator myself, I first want to say that I absolutely LOVE the consistency of your buttercream, however, you have GOT to change that paddle out for a new one with the paint chipping off of it and all. 🤢🤮
It’s almost impossible to keep a KitchenAid paddle from chipping or wearing off the paint. A lot of it happens during washing. Now the bottom of the paddle will wear down the paint if it is is not adjusted to the bowl correctly.
@@budmo3691 If you buy the stainless steel paddle from KitchenAid, that would not be an issue. This the reason I would never buy a white one. Just saying.
@@cakelegend I completely understand how that goes. Maybe you could, gently, let them know that the stainless steel might be a safer option than having the white one with paint chipping off.
Beautiful ,I can watch you work all day long
Amazing how good your skills are💜😘

Thank you! I use liquid gel colouring! And I do have a few Christmas videos I’m hoping to post within the next 10 days :D
Oh my gosh this is the best!!!!
This video certainly elicited an autonomous sensory meridian response from me. Great job! BTW: I watch all of your vids ASMR or not! Bake on!
You are doing a great job.
I have a question What size tip are you using to swirl the frosting on those delicious cupcakes? I LOVE your videos❤️❤️❤️❤️🤗
Beautiful
I would love to know how you make that smooth buttercream.
The trick is to fill the bowl all the way to the top so that no air can incorporate, and let it mix on a medium speed until it turns silky smooth!
@@cakelegend thank you! I recently did that because I had a huge cake to make and it was silky smooth.
where do you teach making cake mixes

Hi Angela. You are so right! I had a white one replaced and they charged me for it. It chipped also. My next one will be stainless steel.
Unfortunately I can’t do anything about it because I’m not the owner of the bakery! I can only use the equipment provided!
