- "Water the flowers and not the weeds." Ajahn Brahm explains that we should acknowledge the good parts in people and encourage them to grow, instead of acknowledging their faults and criticising them.

I wish you everything good ❤❤
Thank you Ajahn Brahm, I am very grateful to have found you a few years ago, when I was especially in need of your wisdom and guidance. I'm sending love and gratitude to you and all your nuns and monks.
Dear Ajahn Brahm, I owe you so much 🙏 THANK YOU 😊
Such a gentle and warm energy and so many good concepts to share. I like to re- watch older talks as well.
Just looking at him, I feel more peaceful. What a joyful being!
Thank you Ajahn Brahm for beautiful Dhamma talk. Sadu sadu sadu. I’ll keep “ water the flower plants “ motto. 🙏❤️
Mr Ajahn Brahm, the Modern Father of Buddhism.

Hi, Michelle, to me not many Dhamma teachers can convey the essence of Buddhism in such an interesting way.
AB is one of the kind. He combine his western culture and Eastern Buddhism. He is daring to deliver his humour and new thoughts. His logical is well paved in his talk due to his great education.

Thank you, Bhante. Sadhu, sadhu, sadhu.
That was truly one of the greatest lessons I've listened to. That is what atheists search for. That's what everyone searches for. Thankyou for highlighting a beautiful unifying truth.

Dear Ajahn Brahm,
How can I encourage my husband to try meditation. He has no patience to sit down quietly... but he likes watching cricket for hours! Is that a good enough start?

He seems very failed. I hope he is ok
You'll notice he only respects the paths of religious people. But not the paths of people who reject all religion. He also has said everyone's equal in Buddism EXCEPT when he's taking about monk "hierarchy" so, no, not "equal" at all. You can speak softly all day long, but that doesn't make what's being said "true". And you should NOT believe nor raise above yourself any human being based on "faith" alone. Never.
I don’t think he sees himself as being above anyone else. We are all one, and he reminds himself his knowledge and wisdom comes from all the people he has learnt from. I believe the ‘hierarchy’ that you talk about is just a system that brings organisation otherwise it would be difficult to run a monastery! Just like the constructs of time..
I think he is actually very open to non believers, all religions, people in general. Have a great day :)
I agree with you. This physical world we currently live in functions that way (hierarchical way). The point is being a leader but not attached to the idea of being above, leading by living Buddha nature.

AB is very open to questions. He even told us once that we should not trust him totally. Buddha said after he passed away the best teacher should be Dhama

Ajahn Brahm was mindful about his talk being taken out of context and you just proved him right . Thank you AJahn Brahm for your wisdom, your open mind and your sense of humour.
