- A black man was served a plate of unidentifiable 'food' at a fancy restaurant. Disgusted by the dish, he asked the chef to try it. However, instead of doing it, the chef ordered a waiter to taste the food. The server felt quite sick right after, prompting the customer to demand to see the restaurant's kitchen. As it turned out, the man worked for the Food Safety Department. What dark secret was the restaurant hiding? Was the Food Safety officer able to uncover the truth behind the toxic workplace environment?

he was not served leftovers he was served trash. Leftovers would have been on the counter or in the fridge and not from some ones trash

This was exceptional writing. It was intriguing, because it was not clear what was going on. Soon the story and mystery was cleared up, step by step. It was even clear why the replaced food was what it was! This was superior writing and you had me intrigued as your writers walked us through to the exciting conclusion, filling in the last plot items. I rate this episode 10 porterhouse steaks out of 10. I hate how people judge others off of their skin colour , a persons skin colour does not AT ALL define who they are as a person , and a dark skinned person shouldnt be considered ugly and dirty because of their skin colour , thats disgusting behavior.

Serving leftovers in a restaurant also violates several health codes and therefore is highly illegal, especially out of a trash can. If they get sick, they can sue. Food tampering is again, a Felony with a minimum of five, maximum of 15 years in prison if convicted. Will lose operating license for sure,shutting down the restaurant and therefore laying off everyone: punishing the innocent employees along with the guilty ones.
I'd be calling the Health Department myself if I caught him and/or the police.

I worked at a big restaurant (Dave and Busters) I did prep food there for over a year and they would often use expired food and ingredients, for that I’m very weary of eating at restaurants.

The Food Safety Officer will make sure that restaurant will shut down and the workers who were involved will not find job. If that type scenario happens, the restaurant would shut down and the permits will be revoked.
