Obviously it’s not our business, but we’ve known she was going through something for a while. She needed a break and finally took it. She needed some mental TLC and I’m so glad she took the time she needed for herself!💕

After discovering what I thought was hormonal acne was actually rosacea, I’ve found that I need to be much more mindful of possible triggers 😳Mine ended up being super spicy foods, cinnamon, red wine, sweet chocolate, dairy, prolonged heat/sun exposure, and fragrance/hyaluronic acids in skincare 😤
How did you find that out?
Most are common food triggers for rosacea, but it took me a good year to figure out that long/hot workouts 🥵 and hyaluronic acids in my skincare were also problematic.

Dry shampoo literally clogged my pores on my head so badly that my hair was thinning! (And when I did wash my hair I used to scrub it and clean it well) Nobody talks about how bad dry shampoo can be for your hair. I wash my hair more often now and my hair is healthier than ever🥰
Yes!! I stopped using it and just wash it more often and my hair is going back to normal. I was crying because of how much my hair was thinning and falling out.

I'm not a gyno either but my gyno did tell me to NEVER use feminine wash. It's REALLY bad for your pH. If it really smells bad down there, you may have a yeast infection and you need to start a treatment with your gyno
She literally said not inside but around. I’m a fan of using something to wash it on the outside, not because of scent, but because I like the mental feeling of actually cleaning. And sometimes we need more than water to actually clean the outside, but don’t want to use body wash which can be highly irritating.
Not everyone who uses those kind of washes are trying to cover up a bad scent.

THANK YOU for mentioning that you have to wash your hair more now! I've been told for YEARS to stop washing my hair 4 times a week but honestly I've tried going 1-2 times a week and its horribleeeee for my scalp. I end up doing more damage and having to take more time to repair it because OTHER people don't like how often I wash my hair. Not everyone's scalp is suited for that dry shampoo life lol

I highly recommend using the Avenova spray solution for sunscreen eye irritation! It helped me so much! You spray in on your closed eyes before applying sunscreen:)

OMG washing my hair less dried the crap out of my hair. I was washing every 3-4 days and my head would get itchy. Gradually went down to washing every other day and it made a HUGE difference. I hate washing it so often, but my scalp is so much happier

I have some of the same skin issues as you. Through cosmetology school years back I learned the hard way how products effect my flair ups. I can’t use anything Paul Mitchell. Since then I’ve noticed that same thing with most “professional” products. 😩
