Sounds are pretty bad and not fitting the guns calibers tbh. Also the SKS should eject a cartridge when opening the bolt to reload before its empty, meaning after firing 5 times outta 10 and wanting to reload, one would need to put in 6 now as one gets wasted.
Then why not ask in the mod page instead of a youtube video? Only answer you'll find here is "disable it and enable it" as people on youtube just don't know how to mod.

It's bugged in the current version it seems. You'll have to spawn it in with commands.
