- One of Em's comeback interviews during the Relapse era. Speaking on where he's been, addiction, the state of hip hop at the time, the making of the album, so on and so forth. Some great bits of info in here if you know what to look for, some great discussion starters that i'll expand on in a future video.
Yesss. It’s the Relapse era-my favorite Eminem album of all time. Extended, full Interviews from this time period are extremely hard to find. But they’re the best, most in depth with him, out of any time before or since. He’s so open and honest about his addiction, experiences, recovery, therapy, and struggle dealing with the heartbreaking murder of his brother Proof. These are the kinds of interviews he doesn’t do anymore. Thanks so much for the video.
Marry me for that comment
i never looked at it like that
Deja vu hits home for me man, that song was damn near one on one with my life at one point and I will always appreciate it❤️ love Relapse so much.
big boy is one of the best interviewers
His laugh at 0:21 is so cute😍💕
Still waiting for Detox 😂
Thank for your understanding love ❤
6:05 Never saw Eminem laugh like that lol
That’s a laugh that comes out while your in your head thinking while your talking, Eminem a GENUIS! Imagine if he was on top shelf weed Eminem would needa be in prison his rhymes would be too crazy
That’s called sobriety. But he used to laugh a lot before Big Proof passed 😥rip. The two of them together cracked each other up. Then he lost his brother Proof and it destroyed him, then he almost died of an overdose, and as a result had to relearn speech, writing and motor skills. But he never laughed or smiled again like he did with Proof. Go back and check out old Em and Proof videos. It’s a different joy that you really never see or hear from him again after Proof, all the way to now. Proof was extremely funny and full of energy. Sick spitter too. Man, his song Kurt Cobain? I cry every time I hear it. Like he predicted his death in that song. But his lyrical skill and flow are jus5 incredible in that track. Proof was a great spitter. Gone way to soon.
Em on Detox in 2009:

Are you going to upload the leaked versions of Echo, Living Proof, & I Need A Doctor?
Glad you mentioned those, I was just working on some stuff with echo. Living proof doesn’t seem to have any differences in the leak vs the album version but if you want it up just to have the file I can do it later. I also will consider “I Need A Doctor” as I thought it was still fairly readily available on the web. Albeit not in the best quality, so perhaps I’ll upload that as well. Let me know what you think.
Pompsomp Hills Insider I think living Proof had a difference I can’t tell honestly, but I’d love to see those uploaded (maybe not living proof tho)
Got you
