  • When beloved Sesame Street character, Big Bird, went missing from the Sesame Street Circus Spectacular in Adelaide, it ruffled a few feathers. The news didn't just upset fans, it led to public outcry and a police investigation. The 213cm costume is made of ostrich feathers and worth around $160,000. BTN Reporter, Leela, decided she had to help bring the big yellow bird back home safely. (Even if no-one asked for her help in the first place.)
