I've also changed my mindset: I won't buy any more inks or pens until I use up and enjoy the ones I already have. I hope I can stick to this New Year's Resolution!!! I'm still amazed at how well Chinese pens write, like the Jinhao 9019. But I will probably break my New Year's Resolution because Chinese pens are inexpensive. Oh well.
It looks like you’ve enjoyed your 2024 through fountain pens. Good for you for starting your UA-cam channel and becoming a voice in this community! I re-started mine, just in late December, after 21 months off due to burn out, and am loving all the new voices that have appeared in that time. Keep up the good work!
People only get pen burnout because people want the 'Grail pen', and when it doesn't live up to the hype, and it happens enough times people get burnout because they wasted so much money. I just love to write with my sailor 1911 with a broad nib , to me it's my favorite of all time. I also enjoy the Majohn p136 with the stub nib.
Love Hello Kitty!
