sir speed of air kyu check karte hain is se kya farak padta hain greater speed se concrete jaldi sukh jaegi to road jaldi banegi what are factors that depends upon speed perimeters while laying pqc??
High wind can easily develop crack in Concrete. As u know PQC laying in maintain slump if high wind velocity u get very less slump ,Higher rate of evporation in high wind.

why our city roads are not good as highways road? they are uneven,not smooth and have potholes why?
is it because of poor quality material used/ or cost issue / or lack of technology used ??

Yeah. Planting tree in median and both sides...Nitin ji talking something else...He told Road contractor can't plant right tree.....So he decided to give contract to whom who have expertise in tree planting.

sir DLC ki mdd kese nikalte hain , or Pqc main air entraped ki limit or test k bare main bhi batae ..
For freezing Condition the use of air entraining agent is mandatory. The air content in the concrete shall be 4+1.5 percent.
Satisfactory performance of the admixtures should be proved both on the laboratory concrete trial mixes and in trial paving works. if air entraining admixture is used, the total quantity of air in air-entrained concrete as a 4.5+1.5 percent entrained.

This highway has very big flaws -- doesn't have shoulder/breakdown lane for emergency situation for breakdown vehicles or emergency . Shoulders are not intended for use by through traffic, although there are exceptions . Make sure India are making rest area with all facilities .
It’s not finished, not flawed. When, finished it will have necessary features for convenience and safety.

Is this process followed for all types of roads. If yes, why most of the roads have potholes. If no, Why?
This Process followed in NH Or Expressway Road By NHAI. The other roads made by state or PWD. So there u can see the difference in the Quality.
potholes could be develop anywhere but the chances in concrete roads are less then in bitumen roads . potholes basically developed due to poor quality or cold material , poor camber, on particular area that leads pot hole there
