Gilbert Gottfried will always be the best version of him. That voice and laugh fits the character so perfectly that's it's scary.

I think another good choice for Mxy's voice would be John De Lancie (aka Data from "Star Trek" & Discord from " My Little Pony" ).
De Lancie played Q on TNG, Brent Spiner played Data. That said, De Lancie would have done the character justice, but Gottfried did Mxyzptlik as well as Mark Hamil did the Joker.
To me, Gilbert Godfrey will always be Mr. Mxyzptlk. Was surprised Howie Mandel did it though.

Jennifer Poole I personally didn’t like Frank Welker’s interpretation of him, at least not his first one. I just really hate characters that speak while they curve their tongue, it’s extremely annoying to me.

I love how in most of these appearances, people react to Mxy like he's an unstoppable world-threatening doombringer, but in the 90s animated series, Clark just does not give anything resembling a shit about him! Hell, it seems like he's having to hold back from laughing out loud.

He is one of the reasons Superman never lose because he is secretly protecting him. In Injustice storyline he even masqueraded as the Spectre just to protect Superman because Superman is supposed to be his favorite toy.

I say either Gilbert or Frank... Gilbert Gottfried has the iconic voice that is very caricature, while Welker has this sort of manic cartoonish quality that delights in childlike mischief.

I don't think much of Gilbert Godfried, but I honestly feel that Mxyzptlk was his best voice role ever...even better than Iyago from Aladdin.
I like how Mr.mxyzptlk is incredibly powerful and can even create new universes, but basicly anyone smart enough is able to easily make him dissapear.

everyone comparing Myx to Infinity Gauntlet - I know it gets silly but there's Universal versus Multiversal and Myx is multiversal.. this means he is way beyond the Infinity Gauntlet, which only works in one reality : using Infinity Gauntlet grants omnipotence in one reality but outside that reality your useless.. thus movie-Thanos would not be able to use comic Infinity Gauntlet nor could comic-Thanos use movie Infinity Gauntlet.. they don't work outside their realities.. same deal with DC, as Infinity Gauntlet can't work there.. Myx however just does whatever he wants and can use his powers in any reality, thus Myx could mess with movie-Thanos, comic-Thanos or anyone else and not be nerfed.. he's on the level of guys like Mad Jaspers, Beyonder etc (well okay he's probably below Beyonder but that's not saying much as Beyonder killed Death itself on a whim).
