Realistically I want to do real estate part time until I thrive. I work full time right now, have two kids and my primary reason for getting into real estate is to make more money and make people feel as happy as I would buying a new house. I'm studying to retake my license (I failed the first time) and I'm eager to do the work. Realistically and guestimate, how much can a part timer make in the first 2 years? Thanks!

I don’t recommend part time. You won’t get very far especially in 2 years. You barely start building momentum doing it full-time within 2-3 years
When i came to a place of forgiveness my ex Took my entire life and tried to take my Kids it was so horrible ..
