Dude 300 hundo pounds I would have a Thick steel wall protecting that thing from whatever , also Brother you want to see how much your system can handle just start buying space heaters even small ones take a ton a juice start plugging them in and when your system blows up that's how much you know it can handle
the inverter should have a spike buffer. by design. what is the most affordable independent off-grid battery/inverter in the market. victron? I mean the most reasonable, assuming you get 450W solar panels for only 150usd piece. yep it cant be 2k usd if it wants to be in any reasonable ratio to the solar panel. maybe lead acid even. diy solar inverted system integration maybe.
