Blood bending is the most OP skill in Avatar. Waterbending also has ice bending and water healing.
Technically with all the iron in blood... Those extra elite earth benders than can metal bend... Should potentially be able to blood bend also. Or at least just send all the iron out of a person causing anemia and death
