Should you join a union?

Is it best to join a trade union in Finland, or an unaffiliated unemployment fund? One or the other is currently necessary to get income-linked unemployment benefits, so which is best for you?
We talk to workers who have chosen to join a union and those who are in a no-frills unemployment fund, as well as trade unionists and those who want to shake up the system.
We also ask a Wolt courier what he wants to get by looking to unionise his colleagues.
