Ingredients:
For Momos Stuffing :
Oil - 1tbsp
Garlic Cloves - 4-5 (finely choped)
Green Chilli - 2 (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 small (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1/3 cup (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1 medium (grated)
Cabbage - 1/2 cup (grated)
Salt - 1.25 tsp or to taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
For mOmos Dough :
all purpose flour/ Maida - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Oil - 1tsp
water
For slurry and coating of momos
Cornflour- 1/4 cup
Maida - 1/4 cup
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/ 2 tsp
Kasmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
Water
Cornflakes or lays or any chips or bread crumbs to coat the momos
Oil for frying

Can we steam the momos before slurry coating? And then fry them?
Dear no need to steam it . But if you want you can , then cook it on medium flame because we do not need to Maida then , just brown the cornflakes to make it crispy
