- Here is a quick video of showing off the skills of a few roll of drivers and their garbage trucks. It very satisfying to watch these machines in action.

@@JKH99 not anymore. Since I moved to Arkansas I’m doing resi automated recycling only now. So no more Roll off for me. I plan on moving over to roll off at some point.
As exciting as it is seeing garbage getting dumped, I want to see it get squished!

I can imagine that some of the dumpsters are waste from hospitals or old people's homes or maybe daycares. There must be a lot of diapers in there hihihihihi
That’s a good point and yes when they come from old people homes they are full of diapers. The smell is out of this world!

How many people work on this transfer station?
There is usually only 2 people. Sometimes they might get a floater up there to help.

Why are some drivers so lazy to back all the way up to the drop off?
It’s not that they are lazy. Actually the transfer station operator instructed the driver to dump in the floor because the operator don’t need the whole load to fill the trailer. Thanks for watching!

Why do they dump there load on the ground and in the ditch?
It comes down to the transfer station operator. If he wants the driver to dump the load in the hole to fill the trailer he will tell them to do so. If he doesn’t want the driver to over fill the trailer he will have them dump the load on the floor. Thanks for watching

What happend with the trash? Can you make a Video?
After the trash gets loaded into a 53’ trailer it gets hauled off to a landfill. I won’t be able to make a video about that unfortunately. I don’t have the same access at that facility as I do here. Thanks for watching
Some of them truck drivers seems to real lazy folks. It amazes me why they don’t get close to the dump trailer.
Well actually it’s not that they are lazy it’s because the transfers station operator asked them to dump on the floor brave l because he didn’t need whole load in the trailer. Thanks for watching.
So nice of you to make poor assumptions about other people without even bothering to ask a question. Perhaps give them the benefit of the doubt... Do you really think the station operators would let someone just pour garbage all over the ground for them to clean up? They would only get away with it once... and there's a very good chance that driver will be back the same day with another load.
I knew there was a good reason for it and OP was nice enough to give us an answer.
