I have 12 years experience as a mechanic. Even trained some machine companies. I have completed high school certificate I don't have a university degree. So what can I do or what can the company do. A university degree is impossible to get a job. I don't understand what to do

you cant target blue card directly. You need to find a job get a work permit and after moving to germany it will get converted to blue card if the salary requirements criteria is fulfilled.

The permanent stay of parents is not true for all cases. You need to be in a specific employment and also show that you can support them Finca and not burden the social security system of Germany

currently allowed only from Germany not other countries.

No clear guideline is given for that. I didn't see the criteria anywhere that parents need to learn german.

you cant target blue card directly. You need to find a job get a work permit and after moving to germany it will get converted to blue card if the salary requirements criteria is fulfilled.

Not possible to convert tourist visa to work visa. You need job offer to get work permit.
