monoman18_YT_ m I have moved into Spain in the last year. I had no idea there were such a large following for modified cars here that were done properly. I was told over and over that modifications were illegal and no changes at all would ever pass ITV. I’m in the comunidad Valenciana region so I hope I can speak to some people and get back into the swing of having fun with cars.
Matthew Pearce honestly I don't really know anyone, it's true that in Spain is very hard to modify a car and pass the ITV, but I would recommend you to contact with someone in your region. I think that there is a youtuber call Markosmiks or smthing like that that is into car stuff

Love your intros, i think that you should try to do a film only about car meets and street racing, those look so amazing when you’r shooting them. Only day/night street racing, without drifting on tracks. That could be awesome
I believe that uploading illegal street races on youtube is against the terms of service and you can get into serious trouble. If not by UA-cam, then by the police. I got into some after filming some motorcycles stunting on the streets.
