China has spent at least $230 billion to build its EV industry
CSIS-এর বিশ্লেষণী প্রতিবেদনে জানানো হয়েছে, ২০০৯ থেকে ২০২৩ সালের মধ্যে বৈদ্যুতিক গাড়ি শিল্পে প্রায় ২৩১ বিলিয়ন ডলার খরচ করেছে চীন সরকার। এতে আরও বলা হয়েছে, বৈদ্যুতিক গাড়ির ব্যবহার বাড়াতে ক্রেতাদের বড় আর্থিক সহায়তাও দেয়া হচ্ছে। ২০১৮ সালে প্রতি গাড়িতে সরকারের আর্থিক সহায়তা পরিমাণ ছিলো প্রায় ১৪ হাজার ডলার। ২০২৩ সালে সেটি কমিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে ৪ হাজার ৬শ ডলার।

Toyota had different mindsets. They thought hydrogen powered cars will take off next. But that that didn't happen. GM has much less market impact whatever is their move.
