It is very funny to me that zwag plays this game constantly and it is his job but he still doesn’t fully read his abilities when he goes to read them. Crit on Ashe increases the damage amp more. The slow doesn’t change, but the amp goes from 115 to 190%, increased to 230% if you have an infinity edge. You may not need it for the crit slows, but it is very worth it to build more crit on Ashe just for damage
